Membership at Napa Valley Country Club

Napa Valley Country Club is a private, proprietary Club with a limited number of Memberships available by invitation only. The Club offers a full range of Membership opportunities including, golf, tennis, social, corporate, junior and non-resident privileges for both families or individuals. Those individuals eligible for Membership must be twenty one (21) years of age or older and of high moral character.


FULL MEMBERSHIP
Napa Valley Country Club’s full proprietary family Membership entitles the Member, the Member’s spouse and all unmarried children up to the age of twenty-four (24) to full Club privileges.   Privileges include golf, tennis, swimming, dining, social activities and all Clubhouse privileges. Members are responsible for the Membership deposit upon application.  Once the new Member is fully approved he/she will be required to pay full monthly dues, quarterly minimum food and beverage and all annual and capital assessments.

FULL INDIVIDUAL MEMERSHIP
All non-married individuals or those individuals that have not filed and entered into a declaration of domestic partnership are eligible to apply for the Club’s Individual Membership.   Privileges include golf, tennis, swimming, dining and all social activities. A Full Individual Member may bring guests to the club by paying the appropriate guest fees for golf, tennis and swimming. Members are responsible for the Membership deposit upon application.  Once the new Member is fully approved he/she will be required to pay full monthly dues, quarterly minimum food and beverage and all annual and capital assessments.

CORPORATE/ BUSINESS SPONSORED MEMBERSHIP
The Corporate Membership option is available to a company or corporation of any size to sponsor the purchase of a Full Membership and designate an employee and his or her family, to enjoy the full benefits that the Club has to offer. This includes golf privilege without limiting the number of Member accompanied guests. The same privilege applies to tennis, swimming, social and dining facilities. The Clubhouse will also be available to the Corporate Sponsored Membership for meetings, retreats and all other company functions. The fees and dues structure for the Corporate Sponsored Membership is the same as the Full Family Membership. 

JUNIOR MEMBERSHIP
Junior memberships are non-proprietary family Memberships. Junior Members will enjoy full use of the Club. Those eligible for Junior Membership must make application prior to thirty-five (35) years of age. The Junior Member will have five years to meet the obligation for the purchase of the Full Membership from the list of Memberships on the sell list. Upon acceptance of Membership the Member will be required to pay one third of the initiation fee.   In addition, Members will be required to pay a reduced monthly dues amount, minimum food and beverage fees and all annual and capital assessments.

NON RESIDENT MEMBERSHIP
The Non Resident Membership Program is a Membership opportunity for those families and/or individuals who maintain a primary residence fifty (50) miles outside of the Napa area.  Primary residence is described as the individual’s permanent address where the Member resides at least nine (9) months a year.  Non-Resident Memberships entitle a Member, Member spouse, and all unmarried children under the age of twenty-four (24) to a fixed number of golf rounds per year, tennis, swimming, social activities and all Clubhouse privileges. In addition, Members will be required to pay reduced monthly dues and a reduced capital assessment fee quarterly.

EXECUTIVE MEMBERSHIP
The quantity and fee of the Executive Memberships will vary from month to month. All Executive Proprietary Family Memberships entitle the Member, the Member’s spouse and all unmarried children under the age of twenty-four (24) to full Club privileges.   Privileges include golf associated with the applicable guest fee, tennis, swimming, dining and all social activities. Members are responsible for the Membership deposit upon application. Memberships are sold by the Club on behalf of a departing Member. Members are responsible for monthly dues and the quarterly food and beverage minimum and capital assessments. 

SOCIAL FAMILY AND INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP
Social family Memberships are  non-proprietary and entitle a Member, Member spouse, and all unmarried children under the age of twenty-four (24) to enjoy tennis, swimming, social activities and all Clubhouse privileges. Individual Social Memberships entitle an unmarried individual to the same Club privileges as a Family Social Membership for a reduced monthly dues amount. Members are responsible for the Membership Initiation Deposit upon application.  The quarterly food and beverage minimum requirement will also apply to all Social Members.
