NVCC's Director of Golf, Tom Sims has been a PGA Class "A" Member for over 26 years. With previous tenure at golf clubs such as Silverado Country Club, Hiddenbrook, Napa Municipal, and Escondido Country Club he brings invaluable expertise and leadership to the golf program. Tom has been on board with Napa Valley Country Club since April of 2021. When he isn't on the course, you can find him, his wife, and their three children cheering on the Denver Broncos.

Jason Jakovac
Head Golf Professional
Jason Jakovac has been the Head Golf Professional at Napa Valley Country Club since April 2021. Previously with Hoakalei Country Club on Oahu, HI where he served them for 8 years with 3 years as a Class A PGA Head Professional. He’s originally from Napa, California, Jason has played competitive golf on the High School, College and Professional level. Most recently, he was the winner of the 2016 Aloha Section Assistant Championship with a score of 69-76. Jason has been teaching juniors and adults for over 15 years and is dedicated to growing the game of golf through teaching and high-level members’ and guests’ relations. Jason looks forward to a long and successful career at Napa Valley Country Club.
